All members can use the CPH ( Credits per hour), setting to restrict the number of times a site can be displayed in an hour. You can change the CPH setting by going to – My Sites ), and customise it – if uncertain, leave it on the default setting.

Members who have paid to upgrade can use the credits Per Hour (CPH) setting to RESTRICT the number of times a site can be displayed in an hour. Not usually required. You can change the CPH by clicking the Edit button for the site.
