What does Cox recommend until issues with DCR TVs are resolved?
You will not experience any problems using a Cox set top box and you will also receive the Cox Interactive Program Guide plus Entertainment on Demand in systems where this service is offered. These services are not available with CableCARD. We do encourage you to talk to Mitsubishi before scheduling your installation of the CableCARD or Set Top Box. This may give you more information about your particular model and limit the inconvenience to your schedule if you need multiple install appointments.
