What does conditional renewal mean?
When we intend to make a change to your policy that will take place when your policy is renewed we must notify you at least 60 days in advance of the anniversary date. The change may consist of the addition of an exclusion, a reduction in coverage and/or an increase in price. The changes indicated on your conditional renewal letter may not be specific to your policy but may be added to all policies.
