What does competitive intelligence have to do with knowledge management?
They both improve the quality and quantity of information for decision making. Although, as a discipline, Competitive Intelligence predates Knowledge Management by many, Knowledge Management is sometimes used as an umbrella term to include Competitive Intelligence and Business Intelligence activities.
