What does collate do, on microsoft word?
If you print of 2 copies or more then it will make a difference – for one copy it will make no difference at all. With collate ticked, if you print off 2 copies it will print pages 1-400 then print off pages 1-400 again. With collate un-ticked it will print 2 copies of page 1, then 2 copies of page 2, then 2 copies of page 3 – all the way up to 400.
