What does ClearMeeting™ mean by “No Hidden Charges”?
We mean No Hidden Charges, Period. When you sign up for a particular capacity and corresponding price level – YOUR BILL WILL NEVER BE MORE, UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZE THE INCREASE IN ADVANCE. We don’t charge “overage fees” or “bucket breaker” fees. If you exceed your capacity beyond certain thresholds, we will contact you to request that you either increase your subscription level or be subject to a hard cap on your capacity.
