What does Classroom Performance System (CPS) do for teachers?
CPS has many capabilities that can enhance teacher instruction and save time. Here are some of the basic functions that CPS allows teachers to do instantly. • Give and grade objective quizzes or informal assessments. • Use results of informal assessments to instantly adjust instruction, to address misconceptions or misunderstandings. • Give a formal paper-based class test with multiple versions of the test using CPS to immediately grade the test. • Stimulate class discussion with subjective and objective questions using CPS’s ‘Verbal Question’ feature or formal question authoring capabilities built within CPS. • Use the CPS Grade Book to manage your students’ grades while leveraging CPS to collect and record them instantly. The CPS Grade Book is currently available only for PC.
