What does “City Crash tested” mean?
The City Crash test is a method of testing that a product complies with ISO 11154 and DIN 75302 standards. The test simulates a full frontal car crash at a speed of at least 16 km/h. This subjects the product to extreme forces, around 8G. To pass the test, the product mustn’t come loose from the roof rack or the car to which it is attached.
