What does Christ Community Church believe regarding baptism?

0

We believe that baptism is only meaningful after a person professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Baptism is an outward profession of an inward faith. Baptism expresses a person’s desire to be identified with Christ and His Church. We do not baptize babies or people who have not made a profession of faith in Christ. Baptism is an act of obedience following the command and example of Christ (we do dedicate babies; see our link to Children’s Ministries). We baptize by immersion.
