What Does Chelsea and Kensington Have Happening in 2009?
There are many reasons to visit Chelsea and Kensington each year and one of the more noticeable events is that of the Chelsea flower show, in which hundreds of participants compete in a bid to win a prize for design, innovation and originality in the field of horticulture. Yet these popular places play home to many smaller events through out the year that go unrecognized by many. These events help bring the local community together and offer entertainment to those who are visiting the area. This article will address a few of the events that would some what go unrecognized. Beginning in the month of July and running through until the 29th October 2010 Kensington and Chelsea offers a series of lunchtime concerts. Happening at lunchtime every Friday, students form the Royal College of Music will play pieces by such well established composers like J.S.
