What does Central Hudson do to protect the environment?
• CH Energy Group, Central Hudson’s parent company, has invested in renewable energy facilities through an independent subsidiary, by way of involvement with two wind projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (for additional information, see the news release, an ethanol facility (see the news release ) a biomass plant in upstate New York (see the news release), and an electric generation project using gas from a municipal landfill and wastewater treatment plant in Auburn, New York (see the news release).
