What does CEI accomplish with its Students?
We help our Students secure and retain meaningful employment and prevent what we refer to as “reciprocal relapse” – where a recurrence of criminal behavior results in other personal problems (e.g., homelessness, unemployment, substance abuse, and domestic violence) and where a recurrence of personal problems results in other criminal behavior.
