Like CBS SportsLine offers three different options to play fantasy football. If you wish to play for free, you may join a public or private league available through nfl.com. Under this format you may also create your own private league. One type of private league is called a winner’s league. This is available to anyone who had an account that won a public league the following year. This rewards winning members with a league that has a higher chance of full participation. There is also another feature just introduced this year which tracks how often you manage your team. If you don’t access your team and set your rosters at least once every two weeks during the course of the season, it’s considered “abandoned.” Abandoned teams cannot claim winner’s prizes nor participate in winners leagues the following year.
