Captains are required to understand eligibility and rules set forth by both the USTA and DTC, and must agree to abide by and enforce such policies among their players. Captains may have to educate their players about league rules and procedures. Ultimately, it is the Captain’s responsibility to assist player’s in meeting eligibility before they are allowed to play.
