You will be able to alert citizens of events long before such information is available in the local newscast or in the newspaper. What do I need to do? If you are an avid scanner listener, ham radio operator, or you are just “in the know”, please fill out our Monitor Application below. What do I get? We will provide you with a username and password that will give you the power to post news items directly to Breaking News applications!
