What does breakfast include?
Breakfast is a substantial, all-you-can-eat buffet offering pastries, a selection of bread, dairy products, cereal and hot and cold beverages. The buffets are adapted to each country. A sure way to get off to a good start every morning from 6:30 to 10 a.m… Early risers (4 – 6:30 a.m.) and late risers (10 a.m. – 12 p.m.) have not been forgotten. They will be offered a hot beverage and an orange drink, along with a pastry, bread or biscuits.
All breakfasts offered come with 8 oz. low-fat milk, ½ cup fruit or fruit juice, and choice of a breakfast entrée/cereal/pastry. How does a student pay for breakfast? Students can use their prepaid debit account (just like for lunch) or pay cash at time of purchase. Is breakfast important? Absolutely! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A good breakfast provides the nutrients that students need to start their day off right. Studies show that children who eat a good breakfast do better in school than children who do not.
