What does B&L look for when interviewing college graduates?
top We generally seek a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0; however, lower GPAs may be considered. A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 tells us that you have a solid understanding of the basics and are serious about your studies. Please indicate your GPA on your resume and application. We look for graduates with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in teams. Internships or co-ops in related areas definitely give you an advantage. Working a part-time job while attending college, playing college sports, or participating in professional or volunteer organizations are all good signs that you can manage multiple priorities and have a sense of teamwork and responsibility.
