WHAT DOES BEING A CYBERTOWN CLUB OWNER MEAN?
Are you the kind of person who loves to throw parties or who likes to get involved — and get other people involved — in community activities and a person who has a specific area of special interest? Then you’re ready to become a Club Owner Running a Club is a responsibility. As a Club Owner, you will create and maintain your Club’s home page and as new members join your Club, you can get them helping out in the Club by doing such things as holding regular meetings in your Club’s chat room, answering Club member’s questions on your Club BBS, managing your Club’s e-mail list, checking out Club Acts etc. So there is some work involved — but running a Club will be fun and rewarding, too. You’ll get to meet other people in your area who share your interests, from sports or sci-fi or computers or movies or cooking or music to any number of other things. If you do well, we’ll promote your Club within Cybertown and help make you a local celebrity. And if we find a sponsor for your Club, we’
