What Does Back-Order Mean?
In rare instances, you may order a music CD or video that we do not have in stock. Should this happen, we’ll need to order a copy from the record label (most of the time, this process is already in progress). Once we receive the CD from the label, we’ll immediately ship it directly to you, with no charge for shipping. Most Internet CD sites will give you the choice to wait, and have the entire order shipped at once, or break your order into two orders, and charge you shipping twice. At CyberMusic Surplus, we feel it’s our fault if we’re out of stock on something, not your fault, so we’ll ship what we have, and send the back-ordered item to you when it arrives, at no extra charge.
