What does AWANA teach?
AWANA teaches that all men inherit a depraved nature and are lost sinners in need of salvation; that God provided salvation through offering His Son on the cross of Calvary where His blood was shed to atone for our sins; that we are saved and justified when we put our trust in Christ and His finished work on the cross; and that once saved, we are eternally secure in Christ. We believe that the Bible IS the Word of God, and that salvation is by grace through faith plus NOTHING else.
