What does Attacca Pesante mean?
Attaca Pesante is a latin music terminology. We were going to change it but once Make It Funky hit the radio we decided to keep it instead. We thought of some bad names in the past before this and it’s quite catchy. How did you get together? To be honest, I’ve known Dean since I was young when he used rap and I used to produce. Then I met Ashley through a mutual friend and we did a few tracks with different people and we started going down that whole producing vibe like Basement Jaxx and Groove Armada. How would you describe each member of the group? Dean is good because he’s got morals. He’ll never want to sell out. I’m good for the business and promotion side and Ashley’s got sexy jazz chords on the piano. He’ll play different instruments that will come together like a power ranger of different influences. Deep. Who’s your favourite power ranger? Zach. He was the black power ranger and I’m sure he changed colours at one point. Three’s a crowd? Does working together ever get too much?
