What does Armored Planet charge to build a custom solution?
Our rates for a completely customized solution are by the hour, and separate from basic hosting costs. We charge $50.00 per hour for straight HTML coding, and $75.00 per hour for ASP database programming, Perl/CGI, etc. All customer meetings are charged at $25.00 per hour after the proposal/contract is accepted. Invoices are mailed/emailed at the end of every month. We ask for half of the cost up front, and retain all the account data until completion of all work and full payment. At that time we turn over all account data and program licenses to the customer.
