What does “approved provider” of IT support or professional development services mean?
According to the terms of the Settlement Agreement, CDE developed the process for determining how providers become “approved providers” for the Professional Development and IT Support Services. Approval of these agencies only means that they have met the minimum criteria for IT or professional development services under this program and is not an endorsement of the quality of its products or services by the California Department of Education or any of the parties to the antitrust settlement.
