What does Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited charge as fees?
AHLL charges an Initial License Fee * of Rs. 1 crore at the time of signing the Agreement. This license is valid for a period of ten years. As royalty fee, AHLL will charge 5% of the gross turnover of The Cradle as ‘Operating License Fee’*, which will be payable on a monthly basis. In addition, the franchisee is required to pay applicable taxes. Abroad, the License Fee is based on the facilities provided, and the amount of additional work required. Typically, the Initial License Fee abroad is around 10% of the estimated cost of the project (excluding land value). For international facilities AHLL will charge an ‘Operating License Fee’ based on factors such as cost of operations, monitoring and support requirements, etc.
