What does an LPN need to apply to the LPN-RN express program?
If the student has graduated from LPN school within the past 12 months, the student will need a letter of recommendation from a professor and a copy of their transcript along with our application for admission. If the student has been out of school and is currently employed, the student will need a letter of employment and a copy of their license along with the application for admission.
