What does an employer need to do to satisfy the First Aid OHS Regulation?
An employer must: • Conduct an assessment to determine the level of first aid service that must be provided for a workplace. • Provide adequate and appropriate first aid equipment, supplies, facilities, attendants, and services. • Develop written first aid procedures. See OHS Guideline G3.17. • Keep and maintain adequate first aid records. See OHS Guideline G3.19.
