What does an adjectival phrase consist of ?
An adjectival phrase doesn’t have to have an article or a noun, and it does not need a preposition to be an adjective phrase. An adjectival phrase describes/modifies a noun. Some of them might contain a preposition or an adverb. And there are prepositional phrases that function as adjectives. An adjective phrase can consist of an adjective or a group of words that does an adjective’s job.
