What does an actual coaching session involve?
Coaching is a very personal partnership and every coaching program is specifically tailored to each individual client. As a result, the structure and experience of a session varies for every client. In a basic sense, sessions focus on you setting challenging yet achievable goals and planning actions that will lead to an accomplishment of those goals.
