When suggesting available rentals back to the customer, Bidavilla.com wants you to suggest the ‘all inclusive price’ to the guest for their entire stay. By all inclusive we mean the rental rate plus taxes, cleaning fees, linens and any other fees you may assess. Do not include a refundable security deposit as part of your ‘all inclusive price’. (Security deposits vary by owner and we inform the guest they may be liable for one prior to booking).
