What does ALDPES stand for?
ALDPES is the acronym we use at Ohio State for our joint-chapter organization: Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma. Back to top What types of activities does your organization sponsor? ALDPES is dedicated to academic excellence, leadership, and service. The organization has general body meetings where we discuss organization business and speakers are brought to address the general membership (past speakers include: study abroad, living off campus, research, resume writing, etc.). Our service partner is the Unverferth house where our members volunteer monthly. We also participate in other university affiliated service projects like Relay for Life. Fundraisers help to support local scholarships and chapter events, and social events give our members an opportunity to meet new people and have fun!
