Alcore produces a full line of expanded and corrugated aluminum honeycomb products, including specialty energy absorbers. Densities range from below 1.0 PCF to 55.0 PCF. To manufacture these products, Alcore uses three foil alloys and various surface treatments, including our own in-house PAA™ priming line.
