What does affordability for all students mean for Colorado?
Colorado’s workforce is losing the benefit of our talented youth each year because they cannot afford college. Eleven states have allowed undocumented students to attend colleges at in-state rates. Four of those states border Colorado and each year, some of our brightest students leave Colorado to attend college in one of those states. By denying these students and affordable education, we lose their talent and our communities suffer.
