It’s for publishing and editing pictures to make magazines, newspapers, and the list goes on and on. You can take pictures and cut parts of them out and place them on another canvas. You can change the hue and tone, add text, make the text all different shapes and sizes, blend to picture together, make pictures half transparent so they mix with the background picture.
