What does abundant weaned mean?
Abundant weaned means the bird being weaned at its own pace. Usually it takes a congo grey about 4 to 5 months to be fully weaned. However, some individual birds may take longer or shorter time to wean. Abundant weaned is opposite with forced weaned when a breeder weans their birds by starving them or forces them to eat by itself as soon as possible. When birds are very hungry, they will learn to eat very quick. But they will cry all day long for food and bird experts all believe that such birds grow up with potential behavior problems. We usually see customers surprise that how long they have to wait for a bird to wean. A proper weaned bird is the best bird you can own.
