The WXO/RXO is the assistant to the Wing/Regiment Commander. He/She attends to duties that the WC/RC may be too busy to take care of. He or she encourages participation among Wing /Regiment members and does other little task’s that may be assigned to him by the WC/RC such as writing up reports or keep the roster.
