What does a Vote-by-Mail Election Mean?

0

Every registered voter within the jurisdiction will be mailed a ballot. You do not need to call and order an early ballot. There will be no polling places. Once you receive your ballot in the mail, vote your choice and place it in the designated return envelope. BE SURE TO SIGN THE AFFIDAVIT STATEMENT ON THE BACK OF THE BALLOT ENVELOPE ON THE LINE FOR SIGNATURE OF ELECTOR. If you do not sign with your signature as shown on your registration card, your ballot will not be accepted, and it will not count. Your signature is your safety check so no one can steal your vote.
