What does a Volunteer Caller do?
Approximately two weeks prior to the next Science Lab, a Volunteer Caller begins contacting parents in a specific classroom (which they have been assigned to) to recruit volunteers (family members, neighbors, friends, etc.) for the next science lab. Usually, the Volunteer Caller has been assigned to their childs classroom. The goal is to have at least two Volunteer Callers for each classroom. Two to three days prior to the Science Lab, the Volunteer Caller will submit a list of names and telephone numbers of the recruits to the Volunteer Coordinator. The time commitments for a Volunteer Caller are minimal. The rewards for the students are great. Please contact Beth Hedberg to volunteer: 303-98-1440; voice mail 303-982-1426 option #5.
