What does a typical morning and afternoon consist of?
Mornings typically include specials such as PE art and music, math and social studies or science. Community circle also takes place during the most mornings. The purpose of this time is to strengthen relationships and facilitate the solving of social problems or teach social skills. Lunch is from 12:00 until 12:45. Language arts including reading and writing instruction along with guided reading take place during the afternoon.
