What does a typical declutter session look like?

0

Sessions are three hours long. It’s best to start a session well rested and well nourished. Both the body and the emotions feel better and you will have more fun. In most cases, the declutter process includes moving everything from the space we have decided to declutter in a particular session to a neutral location. By moving items to a neutral location, you will gain a different perspective from the way you are accustomed to seeing things and the decision-making process will be easier for you. As we go through your possessions we will sort them into areas of keep/trash/donate. Once that is complete we will reorganize the items you have chosen to keep and make the area beautiful and functional in ways that work best for you. We will allow time at the end of each session to remove trash and donate items, along with putting all the items you choose to keep in their appropriate locations.
