What does a transcript cost?
For Court transcripts (Federal Court of Australia – Administrative Appeals Tribunal – Family Law Courts) Costs are based on a ‘per folio’ rate. One (1) folio equals 100 words. Rates per folio vary depending on the turnaround required. The more urgent the transcript is, the more expensive it will be. On average, 78 folios are typed to transcribe one (1) hour of audio recording.
