What does a student do if they miss classwork ?
Every teacher is willing to help a student make up as much work as possible that was missed because of an absence. It should be kept in mind, however, that a student could not completely make up a day missed from school, regardless of the willingness of all persons involved. It’s the responsibility of each student to make up work missed because of absence. They should talk with the teachers to find a convenient time at which this work may be done. A student has as many days to make up work as they were absent( max of 5 days ). Otherwise, no credit will be given for the assignment in question. Work assigned prior to an absence is due upon return. However, work will not be called for the day the student returns if they were not in school for the assignment.
