What does a student do if he or she doesn t like the room assignment?
We regret that we are unable to accept requests for room changes once assignments are mailed out. The room change process begins after the second week of the semester. During the room change process students can contact the Area Coordinators (ACs) for paperwork and to see what spaces are available to move to. RAs and ACs are available to do mediation in the event of a roommate conflict.
