What does a roamer do when he travels from one country to another? Will his roaming service be maintained?
• If a roamer with open duration shifts from Regular country to a Special country, a maximum of 180 days roaming duration will automatically apply. An SMS will be sent to the subscriber. • If a roamer shifts from Regular country to a Special country with specified duration, current defined end date will apply. • If a roamer shifts from Regular country to a Regular country with specified duration, current defined end date will apply. • If a roamer shifts from Regular country to a Regular country with open duration, open roaming duration will apply. • If a roamer shifts during the extension from a Special country to a Regular country with specified duration, current defined end date will apply. • If a roamer with specified duration shifts from Special country to a Regular country before the effectivity of an extension start date, open roaming duration will apply. This will be treated as new activation on Regular country.
