What does a Property or Model Release mean?
Images provided by Emporis do not come with any model or property release. Licensee acknowledges that if imagery of a property and human beings is used for commercial purposes without the- consent of the latter or of parties related to the property, it can lead to legal consequences. Emporis provides no warranties for the possibility that any additional fees or payments may be claimed by any person displayed in a picture or any party related to a property. In this context the licensee is solely responsible for remitting any such additional fees or payments to the relevant person, party or trade union.
