What does a Naval CPO do?

0

A CPO (Chief Petty Officer) is an E-7 in the military. He has worked his way up the ranks for a while. He has the respect of probably 50-100 sailors below him in rank. He is basically responsible to go between the sailors below him and the officers. His job can be stressful as he is responsible to make sure his sailors don’t get in trouble, and that they accomplish the mission that has been passed down to him by the officers. Depending on his job some of his specific duties may vary but overall he is a manager of sailors.
