What does a Mystery Shopper or Secret Shopper do?
Anonymous mystery shoppers pose as ordinary customers and evaluate a business’ service, cleanliness, food quality and other factors that the client may require. As an Independent Contractor, not an employee, you receive complete guidelines for each shop that you choose to accept. Average shop time is between one and two hours.
