The listproc is the mechanism used for sending an email to designated reviewers when a distribution change entry is made. A “Post Entry Review Message” is sent whenever someone enteres a distribution change. The initial listproc account is set up by the USER project and Payroll. From that point on, the listproc owner is responsible for adding and deleting designated distribution change reviewers, i.e. people who automatically receive the post-entry review message whenever someone enters a distribution change for their PUC.
