What does a limited jurisdiction court need to do to complete the annual registration required by ARLJ 12?
Effective September 1, 2002, ARLJ 12 requires all courts of limited jurisdiction to register annually on or before July 1 with the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). Registration is required even if there have been no changes in previously submitted information.
