WHAT DOES A KIDZWORLD MEMBER HOLD IN HIS/HER POSSESSION?
Regular Proprietary Membership Certificate (Security). This entitles members to pro-rata ownership of KidzWorld’s assets (that includes the prime commercial land on which KidzWorld is located and all improvements thereon) Note: All Regular Proprietary Membership Certificate holders (buyers with a certificate issued under his/her name or under the company name) must apply for membership, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Non-qualified certificate holders are considered investors, and as such, will not be enjoying the same privileges as the members.
