What does a human resources manager do?
Most human resources managers are responsible for overseeing a range of functions relating to the human resources department within their companies. This can include setting policies, overseeing the hiring process, and handling complaints, among other responsibilities. Depending on the company’s size, a human resources manager may delegate some of his or her functions to other members of the HR team. The human resources manager is ultimately responsible for supervising the performance of the department, however.
